We build a small number of homes each year in one community, so that every buyer gets the same attention the first one did.
Our vision for Willow Springs
Willow Springs began with a simple question: what would a new community look like if it were planned for the people living in it twenty years from now? That meant shade trees before they were convenient, walkable streets, and homes designed so daily life flows instead of fights the floor plan.
We're local. The team lives in the Columbia Basin, shops the same markets and sends kids to the same schools. That proximity keeps us honest.
