Our story
How Willow Springs Came To Be
Don and Violet Grebb developed the Mediterranean Villas in Pasco before turning their attention to Quincy. The idea was the same: single-level homes with no steps, a gated and fenced neighborhood, and yard work that someone else takes care of.
A community built around ease
Willow Springs is Quincy's first gated home community. Phase one covers forty homesites, all served by ten single-level floor plans between roughly 1,624 and 2,385 square feet. Every home has three bedrooms, two baths, 3-foot doorways and no steps inside or out — a house that still works when climbing stairs stops being fun.
Front and back yard maintenance is handled for homeowners, which is why the community suits people who travel, snowbird, or simply want their weekends back.

Our standards
What we won't compromise on
Materials that last

Systems that make sense
Carrier heating and cooling paired with a hybrid heat pump water heater, chosen for comfort through Columbia Basin summers and winters.
People you can reach
One broker, one builder, one designer. You know who to call, and they answer.
Ready when you are
